Return & Exchange Policy
Our Louisiana Candle Store offers a generous return and exchange policy. Customers may return or exchange any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size or color. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied with their purchase.
